Become a Steward
A commitment to share in the life, discernment, and care of this community.
We use the word Steward intentionally. A steward doesn't own what they care for — they receive it in trust.
Becoming a Steward at Kingdom Church is a way of saying: I'm here. I'm invested. I want to bear responsibility alongside this community — not just attend it. It's a meaningful step, and we don't take it lightly. Neither should you.
Stewardship doesn't confer spiritual status or belonging in the Body of Christ — those are gifts of grace, given by God alone. It simply names a commitment to participate responsibly in the shared work and governance of Kingdom.
What We Ask
To become a Steward, we ask that you:
Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
This is the center of everything we are and do.Have been baptized as a public confession of faith
Baptism is how we publicly declare our life in Christ and incorporation into His people.Actively participate in the life of the church
Stewardship flows from belonging — from showing up, worshiping together, and being known.Affirm our Statement of Faith
We ask that you've read it and can affirm it as a fair expression of the faith you share.

Not there on Baptism yet?
We'd love to talk. Baptism is a significant step, and we're happy to walk through what it means and what it looks like here at Kingdom. Reach out to any of the elders.
What You’re Saying Yes To
As a Steward, you participate in the major decisions of the church — including affirming elders, approving the annual budget, and other matters that shape the long-term direction of Kingdom.
You're also saying yes to something harder to measure: a posture of shared ownership. Showing up not just for yourself, but for the community. Voicing concerns directly. Extending grace. Staying in the room when things are difficult.
Stewards are invited into this responsibility — not coerced. You can step into or out of stewardship as seasons change, without fear or shame.
